Premium Fabric - TB Series

Thermal bonding geotextile is the premium weed control fabric and the most popular method of bonding used in nonwovens manufacture. It offers high production rates because bonding is accomplished at high speed with heated calendar rolls or ovens. Thermal bonding process has been used successfully with a number of thermoplastic fibers

Advantages

Thermally Bonded Nonwoven Geotextiles have been designed to offer optimum performance per unit weight. Their resulting mechanical robustness and excellent hydraulic properties make them the ideal choice for separation and filtration.

The Nonwoven Geotextile Thermally Bonded Fabric Basic Functions

   •  Separation, stabilization, and filtration

   •  Higher strength: weight ration

   •  Durable - 40+ years of proven performance

   •  Superior uniformity

   •  Consistent permeability even under compaction

   •  Filtering that prevents clogging

   •  Isotropic fabric provides stability and strength in all directions
